Is Today The Day?

The day that I won't be back

The day that I fall off track

The day I can see no more

The day I fall to the floor

The day I can't get up

The day I run out of luck

The day I realize my life is gone

The day I choose not to go on

The day I lose the zest

The day I will lay to rest

The day I will again see my wife

The day I will lose the battle of life

The day all the games end

The day I will be back with my best friend

Is today that day?
