What happened to our time together..
Why was it taken away
Why did you feel the pain
That no one should feel today...

Now I am the one in pain...
I am the one with all the memories...
Of who you were and how you were..
And I wish you here today...

I don't know if I can every truly forgive you..
For the pain that rips at my heart...
You took away the only thing...
That kept me from falling apart...

You were the one to say I was silly..
You were the one who laughed at all my jokes..
You were the one who would always protect me...
You are the one who broke my heart...

How can you love someone so much..
And hate them at the same time..
Be so in love with who they were...
And be so mad with how they died...

Somedays I feel so ashamed...
When talking of you to others...
You know that their first thought is...
I am the one to blame...

What happened to our time together...
Why was it taken away...
Why did you feel the pain...
That I feel today..
